10) Keys – taken at Destiny Castle – Ficksburg an hour’s drive from Clarens.

 Zebra – yes baby up against mama – I have always wanted to get a zebra baby and mama
against each other – this was taken at Golden Gate reserve near Clarens.

 Jetty – while with Margie and John (her husband) at Charter’s Creek (near St. Lucia).  When
they were there a year ago there was no water just dry sand all the way to the vegetation across
the lake – the glitter is from the rain drops as it was raining.

5) Locust – this little guy was at Cape Vidal – I clicked and clicked following him as he hopped
on the ground – suddenly he hopped up a tree and I lost sight of him momentarily – took the
photo not expecting to get all of him in the photo.  Got gold at camera club.

9) Magnolia – my favorite tree flower – the Japanese Magnolia – just perfect.

4) Giraffes – passy by this ‘forest’ in a newly purchased game reserve and suddenly saw the
giraffes out of the corner of my eye.  John had to back up a ways – glad you like it.

 Sunset – at St. Lucia

Steam Engine – looks like I was in a dangerous position but well away from train – and yes
the driver saw me and the passengers were waving at me – this was taken at the Bothas Hill
train station just up from Hillcrest.  I got a gold at camera club for it.

8) Tiger – taken at ‘Four Paws’ cat sanctuary, Bethlehem – taken between the diamond mesh
fence – a bit ‘soft’ but he was so regal -  he was skin and bones when they rescued him from
an overseas zoo.
